There is no room for so much preparations for court wedding or marriage.

We all know that when people do court marriage or wedding, each time when they feel they want to divorce and they think about how a lot of things will be taken from them, they tend to resolve issues more often. One of the major disadvantages of court marriage or wedding is the case of divorce. Court weddings or marriage usually create room for divorce and if divorce should occur, it has a strict process of going through it. Many at times, there have been cases of one of the spouse loosing a large percentage of the properties which need to be shared. Another thing is, except the divorce papers have been filled by the both couples, we still consider them to be married.

2. TIME CONSUMING PROCESS OF PUTTING UP THE WEDDING

Another big disadvantage of court wedding that we need to know is the time consuming process of putting up the wedding. Although, the wedding itself does not take a lot of time but the process of one registering for the marriage takes a lot of time and energy which can be very tiring.  You have to follow a lot of protocols to be able to perform a court marriage or wedding.
